Refund policy

Returns 
Once the order has been registered, the customer has 12 hours to cancel the order to get a full refund. The reason being is that the order usually is fulfilled within one day and once it has been shipped it is not possible to get a refund.

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Having to pay customs fees is not a valid reason to return your package. Refunds only apply to damaged products. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@yogisflow.com. 

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@yogisflow.com 

Shipping 
We take responsibility for sending your product to the shipping company within 10 business days. Once shipped, it´s the shipping company´s responsibility to deliver on time. Contact us if the customs are asking for an invoice with the declared value of the products.

If you are approved to ship us back your product, please contact us first and we will provide you with all the details.
